We take a great deal of pride in sourcing our ingredients locally, only from sustainable sources! We are proud to pioneer our 'School Garden Program' with Leewood K-8 Center in which the students fully plant, tend and harvest ingredients to use on our weekly menus! All of our beef is Grass-fed, from Ocala, FL, our salad greens grown hydroponically and harvested daily from Harpke Family Farm and Hammock Greens!
