“When it came to selecting a location to execute my dream restaurant, I was extremely selective and particular,” said Corey Bousquet, owner of The Brick. “With the revitalization of Downtown Dadeland underway and its close proximity to the farming community in Homestead, I figured that this area would be the perfect location for our farm-to-table infused concept and seasonally inspired menu to thrive.”

The opening of this restaurant is going to be exciting with it’s[sic] reclaimed wood and natural greenery. Not to mention it’s[sic] brick oven and handmade spirits. This first farm to table will be unique and will have a specialized executive menu. They will have a lot to offer.

Kendall is certainly setting up its restaurant game. The land of chain restaurants and strip malls has continued to add to its lineup in recent months with the latest addition being The Brick, described as a farm-to-table concept with a menu created by Allen Susser, coming this August.
